82 Toyota no power to head light

Hello I have a 1982 Toyota recent my headlights stop working I checked the relay relay works when you turn on the dash lights but does not click when you turn on the headlights but I do have power from the battery to the relay and I have power from the relay to the combo switch but if you turn the switch the lights do not come on and I have no power to the 3-prong at the bulb any help would be greatly appreciated i replaced the relay but didn't change anything

I'm not familiar with fusible links would that be where it connects to the blade type fuse?

If the relay doesn't click, the relay is either bad, the switch is bad, or you have a wire or fuse issue somewhere.

When you turn the lights on, do you have tail lights?

I would start with checking the relay for power, and then test the relay or switch with the tail light, then move on from there, either back to the fuse block or to the switch and then the wiring to the headlights.
Rockauto has a new switch if that is the problem.
