Sold as-is and where-is. Cash only.  $6,950 obo

Call or text if interested. 7 2 0 - 6 O 8 - 9 3 3 8

After 7 years and lots of good miles, it is time to find a new home for this unique rig. These trucks are rare, difficult to find, and in high demand. It gets looks everywhere it goes, and many times people have asked to take photos of it.

The truck has performed flawlessly for us, has never had even a minor issue on the long trips, and always starts easily. We have completed road trips up to 1,000 miles fully loaded with camping gear. It simply doesn't get driven enough to really have no need for it anymore. It runs and drives nice considering the age and mileage. I wouldn't hesitate to hop in it and drive it anywhere.

Factory Specs:
-Seats for 5 people
-4 cylinder engine (20 mpg) - originally had a 22rte turbo engine, now has a 22re non-turbo
-R151F 5-speed manual transmission (lowest 1st gear offered; only offered in 86-87 turbo trucks)
-4wd with 23 spline gear driven transfer case (strongest gear driven t-case offered)
-Power steering
-A/C (complete but does not blow cold)
-SR5 gauge cluster (includes tachometer, oil PSI, alternator, temperature, etc)
-Manual locking Aisin hubs
-6 foot long truck bed

Mods:
-"Zukmod" coil rear suspension for heavier loads and to provide a about 1" of rear lift
-Front bucket seats out of a 1990 4Runner (lumbar adjustment and tilt headrests)
-Shoulder harness seatbelts installed in rear
-Center console with cup holders and storage
-Aluminum dual row radiator
-Mobi-Arc alternator stator swap 90 amp upgrade
-Front turn signals converted to parking lights
-Headlights converted to accept H4 style bulbs
-Brake master cylinder converted to the larger bore V6 version
-Front calipers and rotors converted to larger V6 version
-Sony stereo (CD player, mp3 input jack, USB input jack)
-Rear tubular bumper with 2" receiver hitch
-Aluminum diamond plate tool box with keys
-Locking gas cap with key
-Plastic bed liner
-16 inch Toyota wheels
-Tinted windows (the tint is showing the age)
-Larger side mirrors
-Rear view mirror with anti-glare lever (optional in 1986)
-Chrome side tube steps
-Speakers installed in doors that are marine grade water resistant

Maintenance since we have owned it:
-Ball joints, pitman arm, tie rod ends, and idler arm replaced.
-Tires balanced and alignment
-Metal wheel valve stems
-Engine front crank seal
-Water pump
-Transfer case rear seal
-Driveshaft carrier bearing
-Brake fluid changed
-New exhaust tail pipe and muffler
-Front wheel bearings cleaned and re-packed
-Front brakes pads and rotors
-Rear brakes adjusted
-Starter
-Transmission fluid changed
-Transfer case fluid changed
-Rear differential oil changed
-Front differential oil changed
-New aluminum radiator and hoses
-Antifreeze change
-Water pump changed
-Fan belts changed
-New clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, fluid

The truck is 33 years old and has over 200,000 miles, so there are items that need attention. Here are the most obvious points in my opinion.

-Headliner and b-pillar interior is deteriorating. It was covered in a soft felt material when the cab modification was done when it was new, and the material simply wasn't very durable.
-Paint clear coat is peeling - unsure if it is worth worrying about
-Power steering fluid has not been changed recently
-A/C needs a leak fixed and re-charged (possibly convert to R134)
-The clock in the dash is missing - has been missing since I purchased the truck. The stereo has a clock, so it really isn't necessary
-Tires probably have about 10,000 miles remaining and will need replaced within a year or so.

Included is a Haynes repair manual for the truck and a Toyota FACTORY service manual for the R151F transmission (hard to find).

As I have been cleaning out the garage, I realized that I have other parts that can be sold optionally with the truck.  Parts will not be sold without the truck.

3RZ engine from a 2000 Tacoma, complete with wiring harness, ecu, full exhaust system, bellhousing, etc.  Removed complete from the a running truck. $900

Electric locking differential. Should be ready to bolt into the rear axle housing. $450

Front winch bumper that mounts a traditional style or a Warn 8274 style winch. Built for a 1.5" body lift. $200

Warn 8274 winch with cable, hook, etc. Works great. $700

Utility style contractor topper. It is all aluminum, taller than most toppers (about 6" taller than the cab), no windows on the sides, opens on the sides and the back, and has a lumber rack on top. Great for work or camping trips! Includes keys. $800

Rancho heavy duty torsion bars (for front suspension). $100

So I forgot that I have a snowplow that was previously mounted on a 1987 Toyota truck (truck was sold off years ago and I kept all the goodies).  The plow can be sold with the Custom Cab if interested.  The plow is set up to move sideways manually with a locking pin.  I believe that I also have hydraulics for side motion.  When mounted to the other truck it was raised/lowered with the winch.  I also have a electric/hydraulic setup that could be adapted to raise/lower the plow.

Pics attached of the plow on my previous truck.  Also pics of the bumper, Warn 8274 winch, and topped mounted on the previous 1987 truck.
