Engine: Stock 3.0 V6
Transmission: Stock R150F
Transfer Cases: Dual Toyota t'cases. Marlin Crawler R150F to gear drive tcase adapter. The front crawl box has a Marlin Crawler Total Spline 23 spline input gear. The crawl box is mated to a Marlin Crawler 10* clocked crawl box adapter 23 spline. Trail gear 23 spline 4.7 gears. Marlin Crawler chromoly 30 spline front output with triple drilled flange. Longfield 300M rear out-put. (Ordered from Longfield before Trail-Gear took over). 5 trips on it.
Front Axle: GM Dana 60. 5.38 US Gears. RCV Axles. East Coast Gear Supply full spool. (gears/bearings/spool are new with 2 trips). Reid Racing bronze king pin bushings. Wheel bearings all freshly packed with grease. Longfield D60 UHMW spindle bushings. (2 trips). Yukon Hardcore Locking Hubs. Diff Cover is home made with ¼" plate. No dents. High Angle Driveline Toyota pinion flange.
Rear Axle: GM 14 Bolt set it and forget it. Diff cover is home made. 5.38 US Gears. The spider gears are fully welded into a ball like a mini spool. High Angle Driveline Toyota pinion flange. 3/4 ton disk brake conversion.
Suspension: Front end: 3 link with panhard up front. FOA 16" coilovers. 250/350 Eibach coils with a FOA triple rate. Sway-a-way 4" air bumps and cans. Bumps are destroked to 2.5" of uptravel/bump. Lower links are Heretic 2" 1/4 wall heat treated chromoly links. 1.25 heims/jam nuts. Links are straight. Upper link is 1 ½" Sched 40 pipe, .200 wall with 7/8 heims/jam nuts. (zero issues in 8+ years). Poly Performance limit straps. Rear end: 63" chevy springs with 12" Bilstein shocks.
Driveshaft's: Front - High Angle Driveline .250 wall. Rear - 2pc driveline. First piece is a light .120 wall protected by the skid plate. It goes into a Hendrix aluminum carrier bearing that goes to a .250 wall driveline down to the 14 bolt.
Wheels: 3" BS, 17x8 Steel wheels with DIY laser cut 32 hole bead locks. 17x 9" wide after the beadlock.
Tires: 42" Iroks
Brakes: Ruff stuff brake brackets for the 3/4 ton disk swap on the 14 bolt. Stock Dana 60 brakes up front.
Steering: WFO high steer arm integrated it into the stock knuckle so its dual sheer and stronger. High steer arms have ARP studs. Ruff stuff 3/4 heims in the tie rod, draglink, and panhard. Hydro assist is powered by a KRC Power steering pump with 6" pulley. (PART # ESP 19610000). KRC Steering Reservoir (PART # KRC 91504000). 3.7 GPM flow valve added to the pump. (PART # KRC 25410000). It appears they have changed the anodize from blue to black and 3.7 to 3.75 GPM.
Battery: Optima yellow top.
Lighting: Rough Country 12" wide light bar. AMAK 4 pod LED rock lights.
Truck is located in Chico, CA. This is a hard sell. I've owned this truck for 16 years and its wheeled all over with tons of great memories. It does great on the trail and follows just about any rig. Its just time to move on from it and start something new. If this ad is still up, it means the truck is still available. Asking $10,000 OBO.
Check build thread for photos. The ones shown below, the dates are incorrect. I just got back from the Hammers and it did great with no breakage. It currently has a leaky ram seal that will be replaced with a new seal or new ram entirely depending on the cost of the repair.
