Mocked up. Everything looks pretty good. Most of the cuts from the steel supplier were 36 1/16- 36 1/8. That left one guy (marked with the angle magnet) around 35 5/8. I’ll make that piece the removable one.
Overall pleased with the mock up. Need to invest in a bandsaw if I want tighter tolerances in the future.
Next up I’ll want to check for level and squareness before doing any welding.
