Topic: missing tcase part, bearing retainer and screw, not snap ring.

Hey all, I've been searching and searching but I can't seem to find a transfer case diagram with reference to part numbers. I'm looking for the part circled in green in the attachment, If someone has one to sell or just a part number so I can find it online it would be much appreciated.

I'm doing one of these..  and these..  but my dog has been known to eat some weird stuff in my defense.

This is the part you are talking about? If so, have had the same problem before. It was just faster and easier to make it out of some scrap metal laying around over trying to find the part.

thanks! yes, that's the culprit. a likely outcome for sure, I just know I won't be able to stop worrying about my homemade fix.
