Doing it right a d44 doesnt go together. D44 is just a 10 bolt. Both weaker than a toyota 8". Look for a 60 front. As far a 4.3 goes. It's easy go fab mounts or you can buy some. Goodluck finding a hydraulic sm465 bellhousing. They seem to be getting hard to find.

the 44 is just a temp i will be going 60 this winter, had the 44 for free, i have the 465hydro bell housing. the rig would have yota axles but it was a frame and shell when i got it, ive gotten the engine trans and case in since i posted, not sure how im going to fit the radiator, was trying not to cut the core support but its looking like im going to have to cut it.

You can get a 3 core welded aluminum radiator for say a 1993 with a 3.0 v6 off Ebay for $150. Ran one on a 350 in my 4runner.

so as of now fenders are hung back on with the little body thats left and some tubing, dash is removed, engine trans and cases are in. just gotta get headers squeezed inside the frame rails, and get the dash done then move to a bunch of little things
