Not much done with still working on my rig. But I did get my boss to turn out pucks so I can slide a bar through to see how straight it is. They were real close, just a little tweaking with the bottle Jack and they are ready to weld out.

Some small progress. Spacers welded, ball gussets and spring perches welded out.

Plated the diff.

Rotated the diff 12 degrees from stock. But with how the leafs are mounted it will rotate back  3.

Finished the mount. Will finish welding it to the axle sometime this week.

You have serious control issues, the kind I like.  I like that you widened the axle, too, nice work.

Thanks. Would have liked to do the front range keyed arms but this way was dirt cheap and because of that, I was able to order my shafts.

Did your buddy give it to you or are you just a really good friend?

Buddy pulled off the fairlead from the donor rig and dropped it off. Looks like the grill will have to get reworked so it doesn't get bent up by the line.

Really didn't want to put a tow point on the front end but the only place to throw a strap is right under the grill and it would most likely slide up and crush it. So I just added one.

Full lock with 4Ds with no rubbing on leafs, while keeping stock scrub.
