3RZ-FE Crank into a 2RZ-FE ?

Hi all,

Maybe a dumb question, but could you stroke a 2RZ-FE by using a 3RZ-FE crank, custom rods or pistons would be required to make up the shorter deck height, also eliminate the counter rotating shafts used in the 3RZ-FE.
