Well I do not know exactly if I am still going. I start a new job on June 11th and then I will know what days I am off and not. I will have Vac time right off the get go so it shouldn't be an issue. I plan on myself in my runner, dad in his FJ and my buddy with his TJ. I will have more info in the next month.

Thanks for the update Willard, I will put You and Your crew down as most likely to attend.
:crossed: that it all works out as You have planned.

Prismo [06:11 PM]:   Done, time to relax or as Bestgen says....FREEDOM!
HogCanyonHopper [06:54 PM]:   I like my little rod. it gets the job done

I've got 250 miles on new clutch. All that's left for me is front HP, hydro assist. I've been racking my brain on how to break in front diff. With square front shaft, I'm leaning toward a front "Round" "balanced" shaft. Oh....., and trim the rear fenders a bit.  :beerchug:

First step is get to Ryan's House, load everything into the wheelers, meet up with all the local Homies then
the plan states "Arrive at Loon Lake campground the evening of the 25th and camp".
If that works for everyone.

What is the official schedule for this now? I feel like I have seen like three different plans in the thread.
"I dunno I just woke up from a lil nap, it's a lil dark but you guys silly? I'm still gonna send it."

This is the link to prove I am telling the truth. I don’t like flaking out on the Homies but I can’t pass up this opportunity.
My middle Son and I both pulled Doe tags for the same hunting area this year. These are not easy tags to receive and they can take a long time to draw. The one I pulled has taken Me 5 years.
I have several hobbies Hunting, Fishing, and wheeling. I have been successfull in making My first son addicted to all three. Carson loves Fishing and Wheeling without question. Now I have the opportunity to hook Him on hunting. I can’t pass it up. I’m sure We are all in the same boat when it comes to yearly vacation time off. Unfortunately I can’t do a week in California and a week Deer hunting this year. I have to choose one
I am officially dropping out for the shoutbox roundup. I apologize to all parties involved, please understand this is not how I roll. If I make a commitment I follow threw. Just can’t waist this much effort and opportunity. I am sorry and hope You all still make it happen.

Your priorities are spot on. Hunting with your son is valuable time.

well I know most of you probably saw this in the shout box but I am officially out due to needing to start my new job in Yakima on September 3rd. I will be loading my FJ and tools etc to leave for Yakima on the 30th. you guys are still welcome to park trailers on the property if needed, I should still be in town when you guys arrive.

sorry for the bail but have to make the smart life decision.

maybe next year I can make the trek down from Washington with you guys.

I was really looking forward to meeting up with all of you during my Club's Vacation run, Ka-Ka has happened.  Broke my front and rear diffs and in doing so, my wallet.  We've been wheelin' the snot out of the SoCal trails and I didn't realize I was losing oil out of my rear diff, cracked axle housing at the spring pad. Everyone has bailed out on the run. I'm bummed.  Have a Great time.   :usa:
