I'm new to wheeln and just bought an 88 chassi 94 body Xtra cab and just took it out for the second time and it popped out of 4 high and went into neutral and got stuck any good ideas what's wrong? It has a 4-7 kit in it

It could be your detent ball and spring.  Thats the cheapest and easist place to start diagnosing

That usually is the source of that problem and its only a few dollars in parts
