3 in good shape, about half tread (11/32")  one has a plug in center of tread from small nail last year. the usual rock rash and some chunking but not bad at all.  No sidewall damage.

So, discovered today a gash on the side of one tire that had to have been caused by the tire shop guy who broke the beads for me.  The tire is not usable 
I now have only the 3, sigh...
