Allow me to introduce myself...

What's up folks? New guy around here, figured I'd introduce myself. Or more accurately, introduce my truck 

Unfortunately no up to date photos, but she looks pretty stock anyway.

1992 Toyota xtracab, V6 4x4 5 speed. Bought it used a bit over a year ago with around 170k on the clock, tore into her a bit and replaced injectors, belts, seals, etc. adjusted valve lash, clutch, blah blah blah. Basically all the "regular" maintenance stuff that I assume hasn't been touched since '92. Installed some better speakers and a stereo so I'm not stuck with FM radio. All in all not too much done yet aside from bringing her back into shape.

I'm a bit of an outcast in that I don't vehemently hate the 3VZE  . I won't claim it's the best engine ever, but aside from being somewhat of a pain to work on strictly from a vacuum nest point of view, I've got no qualms with it. I'm even considering not swapping it out 

Living on the east end of the Bay Area currently. Big plans for the truck, time just holds me back. Just got my hands on an R151F/RF1A pair, but it will likely hang out in the garage for the foreseeable future. Suspension and bucket seats are the two immediate things on my to do list. In the meantime, looking to meet folks around the east bay (or anywhere else, really) willing to put up with a relatively new wheeler so I can get to know the area and my truck a bit better. Haven't really taken anything farther off road than pretty well-traveled dirt since high school in Montana.
