I did the 7/16 bolt mod for the hubs. (I will be using a shouldered bolt not the bolt pictured)

Did away with my 5/16 cable on my warn and added some 1/2” synthetic rope

Life got busy and the truck sat at a while at my cousin where some stuff got ripped from the truck but I got it back to my place  and goin to town on it. Got it running and tidied up the swap. Pulling apart the front end to rebuild and re-do some jerry rigged crap he did trying to work on it. Punch list items are
1.rebuild knuckles
2.set gears and lockers.
3.add ruff stuff ubolt eliminater perches
4.hydro assist
5.steering stops.

Probably some other small odds and ends but that’s pretty much the big stuff.

Got the gears and spool set in the rear. Ended up cutting out new shock tabs got them squared up and burned in. Going to wait on putting the u-bolt eliminator kit on until I figure on If I want to flat belly or not so I can fine tune my pinion angle later down the road. Technically it is Mechanically all set once I throw the shafts in and get the rear disk set up on. Still need to get my stuff ordered from surplus center for my hydro assist. Going to clean up the wiring from the swap and start on the creature comforts and hopefully take it out and get a shake down run done.

All painted,tabs all burned in and painted. Scored some ruff stuff diff covers and got them all painted and sealed on.
