Dogs….

It’s amazing how many misconceptions there are and misinformation that is promoted and passed around.

I’m sure there are lots of dog owner’s who believe that a dog’s lick is healthy for healing a wound or a skin injury in a human. 

Although the transmission of contagions from a dog to a human (zoonotic) is not very common, we need to be aware of the ones that might be a serious health issue.

Please take a few minutes to read this all the way, it’s very informative.  Please forward this to anyone you know that should be aware of this bacteria and potential serious health hazard.
