Are you referring to the Toyota stock steering, or your truck's specific steering? 
When you say "dangerous", do you mean dangerous because it's defective, or dangerous for some other reason?

It's the stock push-pull setup, with a dropped drag link. If I step on the brakes it pulls to the right.
