When I bought my 4Runner both weather seals were missing. The inner weatherstripping is discontinued and impossible to find new. Unless you get more lucky than me. The outer weatherstripping is still easy to find. I usually go through Toyotapartsdeal.com. You can typically find a ton of stuff on there or ebay is a good source. The part number for the outer seal is 68160-89111. I bought a used inner weather seal from a Cruiser swap meet cleaned it all up and bought extra plastic clips that are still available. The clips are 68211-89107 and I think they take 8 of those?
