parting out 83 longbed
« on: Aug 14, 2016, 10:05:44 AM »
im cutting up my crawler to use the parts in a new build
there isnt a whole lot thats usable, its been rolled a few dozen times
grill and headlight doors are good, marker lenses cracked though
i think one of the tail lights is good, hood is decent
interior parts at random...

the bench seat is probably the nicest ive seen, been modified for dual case use, very good shape
frame is set up for 63s, rears up front, very good plating, very very nice front x member, steering box moved a mile forward and very nice plating there
bed and cab as well as fenders are trash

trans and cases not for sale, axles and suspension not for sale

has a supercharged 3.4, low mile, runs ridiculously well. has minor oil leaks, someone should buy that

tell me what you need, ill tell you if its there or in good shape, i can text pics

Got pictures? And how much?

I might be able to get my uncle or cousin to meet you, pay for it, and hang onto it for me.

Have the steering shaft (so long as it is non-rag type)?

Crawlerdan is the man!

Thanks for the deal on the seat and bumpers.  I will post up some pictures on my build thread as I use them.  I just regret not thinking to ask for the middle seat belt before you let the body go.
