I'm on the hunt for a class III receiver hitch for my 1995 V6 4x4.  If you have one here in CA please drop me a line at travis.lyn.taylor@gmail.com.  Ideally someone is upgrading to a full bumper and this works for me and you.

I have one on a 95 4runner limited
    Mounts under the bumper. Do 40.00 with hardware too,

Just FYI, the pickup hitch and the 4runner hitch are NOT interchangeable.  You have to have the appropriate one.  Further, 4runner hitches come in two styles - inside frame mount and outside frame mount - and you have to have the correct one of those for your 4runner, depending on your year/configuration.
