What styles and years came with factory manual locking hubs?

I have a buddy who is looking to swap his ADD to manual hubs. What donor rigs should we look for? Thanks!

My 98 sr5 3rz 5 speed had manual. I belive all base model trucks had manual. Most sr5 I have seen 99 and up are add.
