Been building and wheeling my rig since 09 and I've never been stumped like I am now. Been trying to plug away thru this wire harness but in afraid I'll cut the wrong wire and never hear my 3rz run again. I've read every post on the 3rz general knowledge thread and it all makes sense but I'm just getting frustrated with wiring..... Looking for a "use these wires and these plugs" kind of guide and I can't seem to find it anywhere but there are plenty of places that will sell me a harness for $500+ and I want to make it on my own. Donor vehicle was a 99 4Runner and I want to use the runner gauges in my 93 2wd body that's on my 85 frame. Seems simple enough but I've hit a wall about half way thru separating wires. My main issue is with the abs wiring and the gauge plugs. There's a lot of circuits that are connected and cross around and use common grounds and whatnot. I know wiring but it's overwhelming and I'm hoping to get some advise. I've used this forum for a solid resource of information for years and I've broken down and decided to reach out for help.

Live oak what did you do about fuel pump? I'm hoping my 22re pump will be sufficient.

22re fuel pumps are fine with 3RZ swaps.

Very cool thanks for the info. Man I'm glad I finally signed up for an account. Trying to get all the wiring sorted out right now from using live oaks diagram and pictures and having a little trouble because my cab is 3rd gen pickup vs a 1st gen runner. Cross referencing is giving me a bit of a headache but the 6+ inches of snow that's still falling outside my garage right now is motivation to keep at It. Thanks for everything so far. You guys are awesome.  :king: :turtle: :turtlehead:

I just realized you've got a 3rd gen 3rz.... coil on plugs? Mine's a second gen dual coil style.... still l l working my way thru just pulling out unused circuits. Should be done soon. Hopefully I don't take something important out. Your standalone harness is like 12 wires and I've got over 20 already. Maybe just because I'm using the 99 gauge cluster. Idk, back to work. Thanks again for the input.
