In Need of an FSM
« on: Oct 11, 2015, 09:46:19 PM »
My son's 1992 pickup is undergoing a headgasket and timing chain replacement. Does anyone have a digital FSM they'd be will to send a file copy of? Pretty much every online link is dead and TIS no longer has the files available for browsing/ download (wasted $45 to learn that).
Any help would be much appreciated. I'm fairly organized when doing this sort of thing, but I've found the FSM to be a lifesaver when doing large jobs on my other rigs.

I finished setting timing yesterday and the little truck is now back on the road. I ended up having to do the timing chain along with the head gasket as the guides were worn. Overall not a bad job, but if I were to do it again I would pull the engine.
Thanks for the help!
