You can use the nuetral start switch and modify it to work as a clutch circuit. Or you can just short out the circuit. You will need the manual transmission pedal assembly. You will also need to cut the shifter hole different. That is all I can think of now. It has been about 8 years since I did mine and I removed all evidence of the auto including the different gauge cluster.

You will also need to modify your firewall to accept the master cylinder. Hole saw and a couple other tools with handle that. I just jumped the harness for the neutral start. And I ran a steel Braded line from master to slave instead of bending up hardline. And yes as mentioned you will have to cut floorboard a little bit. And by pedal assembly that means all the pedals will need a donor vehicle or get from a wrecking yard. Any other questions or problems you run into just holler. I'm sure alot of us have done this conversion.

what engine are you running you also need to get the right trans. Some will pop right in some will need a bell housing, crossmember mods, ect.

Are you going to stay with chain driven t-case or swap to gear driven? And is this a 4cyl application or v6?

I'd keep the auto and trick it out, Transgo shift kit and such, just saying, I love my Auto.
