Changing fj80 tie rods to hiem joints

Anybody know where i can find hiem joints with the correct thread to change my tie rods over.sick of them coming loose.also if anyone has done this, and has any pros/cons, im all ears.

Guess ill order hiems and bungs and swap both.thanx for all the posts
