OK so here go's when down shifting into 2nd gear I get a bad shimmering on the passenger front tire. When driving down my drive way in 1st gear it dose not hold very good picks up speed. Clutch? Don't know. And if it is what kind of clutch do you recommend ??

A bad shimmering on passenger tire would be ball joints, wheel bearing, or CV shaft. Increasing speed in 1st while going down your driveway wouldn't necessarily anything bad. Does your tranny slip when giving gas/punching it? (i.e. rev up without going anywhere, then slowly catches up?)

CV joints were both replaced 3 months ago no lag when I punch the gas no slipping while at 70 mph.

Does the shimmy come through the steering wheel, happen at any other times, like when turning sharp to the left?  If it doesn't come through the steering wheel, it wont be being caused by the suspension/wheel.
Jack up the right front tire, and see if there is any movement, then use jack stands and see if the a-arms move around w/o any weight on them.

If you are new to Toy's, first gear isn't a granny gear, so as long as it doesn't pick up speed like the clutch is in/trans in neutral, you are probably fine.
