I'm new to the Yota world. Just bought 1994 4runner 3.0L. Looking to make a new toy. Any suggestions on upgrading the performance would be greatly appreciated.

I always say start off with gears and lockers.... then tires. Get that out of the way first imop.

...and in doing it this way take the tires into the factor when gearing or you'll end up with too high gears. I usually start lift, tires, gearing & lockers.
