truck runs great when you start it up, but after it warms up it starts missing. Its not the tchain. starts missing even with the idle at 800-1000. you can see the engine shaking when it happens, you can hear it from the exhaust, and you can feel it when you put your hand by the tail pipe. im getting spark to all the cyls fairly new spark plugs, cleaned them anyway. might have a vaccume leak not sure.
any ideas?
22re. its not the valves i just adjusted them, and the engine is pretty new. like 2000 miles on it.

dirty air filter
timing chain worn
distributor cap/rotor worn
plug wires damaged/cracked
cat plugged/broken
rings worn broken
