What kind of build up are you going to do? High steer? The most common steering box would be an ifs box.

80-85 solid axle toy power steering gear is what you want to use if your keeping stock steering. As for the pump i would think all 20r/22r/22re pumps would be interchangeable  but thats just a geuss  :crossed:
80 shortbed-22re,w56,Marlin 23 spline dual cases,HighAngle drivelines,RUF/63"chevy's,35''mtr's,30 spline Longfields, Allpro highsteer.87 rear axle,5.29 gears,rear spool,BudBuilt cm, marlin HD clutch,ramsey 8000 winch.

Some of the early 20r's don't not have provisions (pre-drilled and threaded mount holes) so I'd check that 1st. If you have them then just find a complete power steering unit from the steering box, hoses, cooler, pump, add on pulleys and the mounts that go with it. Oh and keep the bolts too. This will make it a simple bolt on swap.

The best way to know is to look where the ps is supposed to mount on your year and if you find the hole along the block then you are good to go.
