Used Hummer military tires two are at 30% and two are at 10%. They have rubber runflats that are made for these radial tires opposed to most runflats made for bias plies. I pulled one runflat out, you can put back in or pull all of them out, I tried to trim the runflat part out but didn't work too well, if you have access to a good bandsaw these would be perfect or run the runflats as is.
