Any luck on the sale?

I have one guy contact me on Saturday that is really interested in it. He just sold his Jeep and a buggy chassis and has the money. Said something about going out of town so I'm waiting to hear back from him. No money down yet.

I think they fell out and one is broke off.  Not sure what the thread condition is. Poor maintenance on my part. I should check that stuff once in a while. I would run a thread chasser in the bosses to clean them up and put some new bolts in with Locktite.

The rig needs a lot of maintenance work as you can see in those photos.  Diff bolts and reseal, cleaning, checking all the bolts and nuts, hood clean up, tuning on the engine would help with horsepower, some paint, drive shaft needs a new spline sleeve thing, really needs beadlocks and the rims are kinda beat up, and stuff like that. Nothing major. Runs great. Never let me down. Goes anywhere.

Looks like a great build. I just finished my truck so I am kinda on the fence, having a perfectly capable rig. If I get some time off I'll try to check it out.

Yes. In a few months it's going back up when I start doing repairs on it.  I have over $30K invested in it so far. $10K is a really good price and I think it's worth every bit of $10K.

I'm going to start working on it in the next month or so. Just have to finish up some jobs (working 100 hours a week). I'm going to strip it down and check all the bolts and nuts. New motor mount bolts, drop the tcase and fix the shifter fork, replace all the fluids, new bolts on the difs, and a bunch of stuff.  I'll have beadlocks on it by next year.

I bet this thing would sell fast if I put a Toyota hood+grill on it. lol. I think I have one laying around... Actually, maybe I'll put a VW Jetta hood+grill on it. lol.
