Okay, I have ordered order # above mention on 10-31-12, and no answer yet. I called a week ago or so and your CR told me it'll be ready for last week Monday or Tuesday, nothing. I dropped a forum message to a customer service representative like three days ago, nothing.
I wonder guys about my order.

Go to the Customer Service section, this section is just to welcome new users to the board. It would be a shot in the dark to have one of the guys at the shop see this. They will get post notifications in their email using the right section.
