My cousin is starting up his taxidermy business.  Starting with deer mounts.  What do you have in mind?
He's located in Stockton.

Just tryin to see what's out there before the season starts. How much experience does he have and what would he charge for a deer head mount?

He's just starting out.  Might be able to cut you a deal on your first head.
$350-450.  Don't quote me until I confirm with him.
I think anywhere else you're looking at $500 plus and a year wait.
Just something to keep on the back burner.

John Cotta out of Exeter does great work. for a deer mount its 475 i think and it only takes a couple months to get it back. i gave him one opening weekend and had it before christmas. and i have a mount he did 10 years ago and it still looks great and hasnt needed to be touched up.

his office number is 559-594-4428
