Well then state, at freeway speed, what will my engines rpms be? Say at 60mph, 65mph and so on

It will be fine, might rev a little high, but the power is pretty nice

I ran 33s and 5.29s for years.  The speedo was like 7% slow or something like that.  It's really no big deal you will keep up with traffic just fine. Actually the gearing with 33s and 5.29s is pretty sweet on the highway.

If you really want a baseline of how fast you are going at say 75 on your speedo use a gps or have someone pace you in a stock vehicle with an accurate speedo.

If your speedo says 65 you are probably doing about 60 with 5.29s and 33s on.

A GPS unit will let you know how much you are off. My 85 with 32's and 4.30's is 5 mph off on the GPS units I have.

3K is nothing my '80 cruises at about 3600 on the freeway.  You'll be fine.

These Auto Calculators and Marlin's Transmission Gear chart might give you some more info.

3k isn't high for freeway speeds, that is where both my 3.0 and 22re rigs run at 70.  At that rpm the emgine is just off its power band, giving you just enough power to maintain speed as well as allowing to to pass w/o having to down shift.  Even at 70 you would only be turning about 3200rpm's, which still wouldn't be an issue.  It might cut into your highway mpg's until you swap to 35's, but you should make up for it in higher city mpg's.
