what size drill bit for ifs box mount??

and what grade
i here cobalt is the best but i cant get any bigger than 1/2" diameter

started drilling but now i need to get one the size to fit the mount sleeves

a unibit would work but one hole comes out rite by the radiator and i dont wanna remove the radiator (lazY)
any help is greatly appreciated

gotta finish it up this saturday

Cobalts are really the best for stainless steels. The handle the heat better, but to be honest, the best drill bit will be the sharpest. Start small and step up.

Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

a good sharp 3/4 bit will drill the holes for the sleeves, or you can torch them out
