You are going to need new front and rear hangers for the 63" rears. I do not know much about RUF's because I do not run them, but do a search on this BB and I know there are some good write-ups on Pirate about them.

Here is a good place for spring hangers or most of the major vendors carry them.

Here is a link to PBB if you do not have it. Search before you ask questions or you will get flamed bad.

yea your right on that theres a good write up about them on pirate in faq for rufs but does not tell me about the shackle only the length. for the 63s i know that the rear hanger had to be moved back with longer shackle but ive got to move the front too? make sense to get the stock axle position...i think?

I don't think you read then the entire faq then, or really done any research. All the answers are there, remember google is your friend.

ok ok i read about 18 pages of the faq and then just looked at pictures i think i got all i need for the front shackles i can use the stock frame hole but longer shackles and they can be straight but i will have to get and spacer on either side of the spring. that was what i was not sure of all pictures were just of the lengths but i got it now. just need to find a ifs steering box and time.

Sky Offroad and others sell a kit to mount the 63's if you don't want to make your own.

I just bought the rear hanger with the bushing for the Chevy 9/16" bolt. It mounts directly behind and touching the original hanger. I think? it's 4" back hole to hole. I fabbed my own shackles. I think Sky's kit uses 6" shackles.

I also fabbed my own front hangers. I think they mount 11" forward of the old mounts hole to hole. This information is out there in many places.

I'm building my RUF packs right now but, havent done my SAS yet. You'll also probably have to buy or fab mounting plates for your IFS box and move it as far forward as possible. All that info also out there on many sites.

Hope this helps.

I did chevys about 6 months ago... bought the sky kit.  Welded up easy no problems.  Love the ride and travel.  I got chevy 2wd springs with overload but it sits a little high for my tastes.  Would like to adjust hangers to sit lower.  I have little 33s though.  So If you have bigger tires it might work better.  Im doing RUF as we speak... Harder job than I thought for me.  Im not an experienced fabricator or anything so moving the box and making new front hangers wasn't easy.
