I have a square driveshaft to but mines super loud. i put grease in it to and it just pushes out. guessing it should have a grease insert on the top of the line by the t-case?

I sent you a PM a while back. I'm still interested in the push pull power steering box if you want to get rid of it. Let me know.

Thanks.

run beads of weld up the sides of the big tube this will help reduse the clunking...also weld and gring the small shaft so it fits tighter

+1 weld beads to reduce noise, built mine that way and it's nice n quiet. Not 100% quiet but not loud n clanky.
