Topic: RV2 OBA Compressor?

Iam Looking into mounting a RV2 compressor on my 22r/e engine for OBA and was wondering how many guys have done it, If there is even enough room to do it!?

I know Big Mike Has one on his 3RZ but what about you guys with 22r/e Engines?

Do u still have ac or the ac pump on this motor? I don't know how big the rv2 is, but most guys I've seen with the York, run them in place of the ac pump. How big is it compared to a York?

When I put the Mini York on my 3.0 it was trial and error when I made the mount. Eyeballed were I wanted to mount it and started measuring and fabbing.

In this link you can see its a v twin design, so it's inherently quite bigger.... rumor has it the RV2 is capable of out pumping a york...

this is how i did mine keeping the ac and using another stock compressor I had

wow looks like a tight fit! What size tank do you have? how fast will it fill it up?

I put a 1 gallon tank in the back and I have not timed how long it takes to fill the tank from empty but its probably around 20-30 seconds, Im sure the yorks and that RV2 are way faster but I had this compressor already and it 100 times faster than the 12volt one I used before
