Build this one in a tight garage with a harbor freight bender

Did you have to put sand in the tubes, or did you bend them empty? Was it the bender with a jack?

nope no sand or water packed in, just empty with a days worth of sun and a torch. yes the bender was a HF bender. note that this isnt HREW its DOM. The apex of the bend on the stinger had to be cut ever one inch and welded back together.

the bed soft top was made by a local shop to me here in the uk. i just made up the hoop then took the truck out to them left it with them
