Idler Arm for 92 4x4 pickup
« on: Apr 18, 2011, 03:08:29 PM »
Need an idler arm for 1992 Toyota pickup 4x4. Mines got the shakes pretty bad. Would buy a good used one or, rebuilt one, either way.

Thanks,
Andrew

Is that for the arm and the bracket/housing or just the arm?

Thanks but I'd rather use a Factory one and just rebuild it.

$20 plus $10.95 flat rate shipping.
A friend of mine says he has one so I'm gonna check on that and if it won't work I'll buy this one off of you.

Thanks,
Andrew

it is factory mounts just beefier than the stock in stead of the bolt being so long its shorter making it last longer and take more of a beating

Right, but If I want to rebuild it there's probably no aftermarket support for it, i.e bushings and seal replacement. The Beck/Arnley one is like that, it's good and strong, but just not rebuildable because no parts. That and I'm going to put a grease zerk in it and I don't know of anyone that's done that on aftermarket ones.

I'd just rather stick with Factory parts. Thank you again though.
