there might be a thread on here somewhere but this seemed to be a good spot to ask my ? i have a bone stock 86 toyota that looks really good considering i live in the rust belt of cincinnati, ohio, my only thing with my truck is the bed is long gone due to the rust factor. my ? is there another newer easy to come by year of bed that i can get an make work? fab skills are not a problem as i am a welder by trade, thanks for any help.

Any bed from 84-88 will be the same body style. You can make anything work if you want though.

FYI both beds, the SR5 and Deluxe beds with bolt right up 84 to 88 but not a long bed to short bed.

a shortbed from 79-95 will bolt onto any year cab in that era, that was a shortbed.....

however, the bodylines wont line up......

Thanks guys for all the responses I appreciate it. I think I've decided to flat bed it as I'm going to be putting my straight axles in real soon. When I'm able to post pics I will do so but thanks again for the help.
