Ok, so my 87 22re 4runner wont run right, it was almost instant.....

when I start it, it spins up an sounds good then sputters to a quit, If I feather the pedal just right I can almost make it run and sound good.... otherwise it sounds like its leaning out or flooding

no codes

swapped TPS, checked AFM.... possibly injector issues? has good spark

CHECK THIS, while playing around not doing anything... my injectors were clicking weird (possible it just landed on the wrong spot on the distributor?) almost sounded like an arc but you could feel the injectors clicking with the sound

with your fingers open your mass air flop box, while someone tryes to start it
also check the intake tube for rips or tears

Code 12 --- Knock control sensor signal

sucks is its a newer O2 sensor.... and dunno bout the knock sensor

still has some issues, BUT I messed with TPS so its not adjusted

just a little lag when first pushing the pedal, so probably just the IDL switch not set right
