BRAND NEW - JBA Headers! 3.4L 5VZ - $400+Shipping(93277)
« on: Sep 30, 2010, 11:00:21 PM »
I bought this JBA header kit brand new, installed but removed without ever being ran. I purchased them for my swap but found out the flanges will not clear the steering shaft or fuel/brake lines, therefore I am using the stock crossover and manifolds.

I am asking $400 + shipping (93277).

I am located in Visalia, CA. Will meet between here and Fresno or Bakersfield for cost of gas.

My loss is your gain since I paid over $500 w/ tax and shipping for this kit.

The kit comes with Headers, header bolts, exhaust gaskets, crossover, fuel line heat wrap and installation directions. EASY job for anyone with a little mechanic experience.

ONLY SERIOUS BUYERS NEED REPLY. If you dont have money don't waste either of our time.

!!!!!!!!!!!!100% CALIFORNIA SMOG LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Were you trying to do a 3.4l swap and they didn't fit.  I may have some people interested but they all have or are doing 3.4l swaps

That is correct, The flanges on driver side come in contact w/ steering shaft when its turned and on passenger they rub on the brake and fuel lines. Im sure the brake lines could be bent out of the way and the fuel line re-routed and cover with the included heat wrap. On the steering shaft the linkage half way connects with the flange on that side when the steering wheel is rotated.
I also found out w/ headers in CA they will not BAR you even if they are 100% smog legal. It must be stock from the manifolds back to the 2nd sensor. So, for now I will use stock and worry about fitting headers some other time. My rig needs to be running already!
