Newbie from Oz
« on: Jul 01, 2010, 03:32:39 AM »
Okay I've been mooching around for 2 years so I thought I'd better introduce myself.

I live about an hour north of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia.
My DD is a 1995 4.5 litre Petrol 80 series Landcruiser.

My Weekend toy is a 1985 4Runner, 2.4 diesel, 4.7 crawler gears, 4.8 diffs, 33" Mickey Thompson MTZ, twin auto lockers, 2" lift, front guards trimmed for tyre clearance.

Cheers Bob.

Thanks for the welcome lads.
The rear is the original canopy cut and shut to make a extra cab, it uses the rear door glass but the glass doesn't go up & down.
The diesel engine is sssssslloooooooooooooowwwwww on the freeway, down to 2nd gear on the longer hills, but they're pretty good off road, good low down torque.
