I just put a pair on my bumper and i'm worried cause my truck is parked outside...any ways to secure the lights on...without welding, or so much welding that i can't get it off?

If they aren't HID, no one is likely going to touch them.

If concerned, drill a hole through the end of the bolt and run a thin cable w/lock.  Thieves are lazy, they might have a wrench but aren't likely to carry a cutter as well.

they actually are...

but i've seen people steal the center caps from my dads truck...and the wheels to our trash cans.
doesn't drilling threw the bolt ruin the treading?

You should just move somewhere where people won't steal things.

Not if done correctly.  If you don't have a tap and die set, put the nut on the bolt before you drill the hole.  This way you when you remove the nut, the nut will straighten/remove any burrs from  the threads on removal.  It works the same way when shortening a bolt.  Start out w/a 1/16" bit for a pilot hole, this will keep the correct size bit from wanting to walk around on the threads.
