i kept mine just for the heck of it.   keep everything.  you never know when you might need it, or someone eles.

My spare parts have come in handy a few times... spare lock rings, nuts, bolts, if you ever damage the rear case in any way you will have case halves...

I keep everything (well almost everything) I pull off, they have come in very handy down the road.

With a few extra parts, and some scrap metal, you can weld the outputs/bearings to the metal to make a "lathe" of sorts. Perfect for making your own driveshafts with this jig.
