89 4-runner power windows and doorlocks dont work

Like the title says but the back door glass still works, I checked all the fuses. Anyone know what might be wrong?

my 90 has a pretty good sized relay box under the dash. the wiring from the driver door panel goes right to it. its full of relays and crap. it even says toyota door control. i would imagine your 89 has something similar that controls it all.
