I'm not familliar with the Toy tranies but If a W56 bell housing will work I have 1 you can have for free

I THINK ITS A R151F TRANSMISSION.

If you need an original bellhousing to go between a 3.0 and the R150F trans, we do have some at the shop. 559-252-7295
