We're back, it was a great time! Only breakage was a clutch... and I scratched my slider!  :rivers:  :slap: I'd load pics but photobucket is not cooperating right now. Now I have more confidence for wheeling after almost flopping a time or two.

Lets not forget ripping off my mud flap (bracket and all) and a part of my fender flare lol Also turns out it jacked with the body a bit too so I technicly got my first body damage! Nothing a a hammer and some pliers didn't fix. Haha. And my sliders got kissed a few times too hooray! I'll have to see if I can get some pictures up here soon also. Had a great time!

Whoops, forgot about that... I was too busy stalling out and replacing my battery to keep track of what was going on. Also laughing at the rednecks (complete with Confederate flags) all mired in the mud behind the border fence. Pure genius right there...  :shake:

We called and reported them when we got back. They said they had somebody call in and report them already. We actually saw a FS truck with ATVs heading that direction of the trail when we left and they said that was them heading up there. I'm pretty sure they were still stuck up there too.

We ran across two Teller County Sheriffs unloading ATVs from an enclosed trailer by the reservoir; they were going to check on a crashed vehicle but radioed someone about it too. I want to see how/what pulled them out and how much the fine was. Dorks...

Whew!  Finally home.  500 miles and plenty of trail time this weekend.  Doris did great!  Thanks for showing us around Dan and Suz!

You betcha; when you gonna come and play again? Did Doris start leaking any more anything? I have a bunch more confidence in my pile and driving abilities after that trip. I still have that IFS or something p/s set-up (mius the pump) if you're interested.

That kind of :pokinit: really pisses me off.

When we got to the bottom of Old Stage Rd and were airing back up the yellow jeep that came and asked for help was heading back up the mountain. I doubt he got a ticket but hopefully most of the approx. 10 trucks behind the line did.

Still wish we would have gotten some license plate pics, damn camera batteries dying.
