:dunno:If you canno find a "stock" unit..consider the unit from the Rodeo/ Passport; beefier than anything else that I could find @ pnp..helluvalot stronger than the Ford Bronco unit(trash)  I am working on adapting mine to my 1st gen bed/gate somehow...this particular carrier can handle a 35" tire :twocents:

Thanks for the suggestion Rock!

I have a stock 4Runner carrier that works pretty well but I'd prefer not to have a 37" tire haning off the body.  In my experience, that has always ended up bad.

so are u looking for anothe stock 4runner one, i know where one is for cheap, or do u want a beefier replacement.
the ones off the hummer h2's are really beefy and will bolt to a square tube rear bumper instead of the body.

Yes, I'm looking for a stronger bumper/tire carrier than stock.
