How to change my tie rod?
« on: Jun 04, 2009, 06:55:44 PM »
I bought the heavy duty tie rod from marlin for my 85 pick up.  Is it a basic swap to replace it with my old one?  What are the steps I need to take?  And does it have to be in a certain length?  Or should I just take it to a aligment shop?  Thank you.

i dont think its going to be just a straight swap if its a tie rod for hy steer and your keeping the factory steering.
