Does anyone have any input on a good program to download and convert online (youtube) videos?

I have been using http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/ for a while now to convert youtube videos to a WMV format

Thanks. I also found one from Koyote...it saves to .avi . I found a couple of videos I want to save before they're gone!
